Tierra de Ensueño, the artisanal tequila created for dreamers, is releasing its first-ever High Proof Blanco, a limited-edition 100-proof expression created in collaboration with The Tequila Report, a trusted platform for tequila education, reviews and industry insights. 

One of the few barrel-rested high proof blancos available today, Tierra de Ensueño High Proof Blanco spends three weeks in extra-rare wheated bourbon casks before resting for three months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at 50% ABV, it delivers the full flavor and complexity of a high-proof spirit while remaining remarkably soft, balanced and delicate on the palate.

While best enjoyed neat to appreciate its full depth, this expression also brings bold agave character to cocktails like the Ensueño High Proof Highball made with fino sherry, banana liqueur, olive bitters and soda water. 

Proudly additive-free, the brand is handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco in micro-batches by Maestro Tequileros Sergio Cruz and Oscar Vázquez Camarena using only three all-natural ingredients. This new limited edition release builds on the brand’s award-winning 42% ABV core blanco and reposado expressions, which have earned multiple Double Gold medals and industry-leading marks on platforms like AgaveMatchmaker.

Aroma: Crisp and refined, with notes of rainwater, white pepper, lime, grapefruit, almonds, and a faint caramel undertone.

Flavor: Massively soft and plush, revealing bold layers of cooked agave, bright lemon and lime, minerals, cut grass, and gentle baking spice. Its brief time in the barrel adds roundness and a subtle sweetness that beautifully balances the complexity of this 50% ABV Blanco. 

Finish: Exceptionally long and delightfully warming finish without overwhelming the palate. Lingering notes of sweet minerality create an elegant and balanced final impression.
